How to Become a Contributor
If you would like to become a guest blogger for our publication, there are a few steps you need to go through.
Firstly, you will need to send us one topic proposal and a short explanation of how you would like to approach the article. We would also appreciate it if you could tell us a few things about yourself and your area of expertise. If you are a published author, we’d love to read a few samples. This will give us a chance to properly assess your writing skills, as well as your suitability for our publication.
You can submit your application at miguel[dot]schmitt[at]moneyplate[dot]com. Alternatively, you can contact us by filling out the form below. Once your application has been submitted, one of our editors will review it and get back to you with a response within a few days.
If our editors have approved your idea, you may proceed to drafting the article. After you’ve sent us your piece, our editorial team will thoroughly review it to make sure it meets our quality standards. If your article is deemed unsuitable, we may give you a short feedback and ask you to make a few revisions.
Once your article is accepted for publication, we will schedule it in our editorial calendar and send you an e-mail informing you of this. In the sad case in which your application is rejected, you will still get an e-mail notification from us, explaining the reasons why your content will not be featured.
We have deep respect and appreciation for every writer who contacts us, which is why we aim to respond to every submission we receive. Due to the high volume of e-mails that we receive, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry immediately, but we will do our best to get back to you within 14 working days.
Because we aim to be a credible and authoritative source on finance and saving, we are very careful with the type of content that we choose to publish on our website.
